How long does an implementation take?

You could expect to be live within a day for a simple implementation.  For a multi-location, multi-service organisation, our experience shows that one day of our time takes our clients one week of elapsed time.  This is because of your competing priorities and resources, however, the duration is yours to control.

Can we use our choice of Infrastructure?
Cipherise is designed around a decentralised, sovereign architecture that allows you to take a default installation on one of our existing providers, or run on your own infrastructure. In a technical sense, the Cipherise Cloud Services use Kubernetes and can run on any virtual stack that supports it.
What mobile devices do you support?

Cipherise supports Android and iOS devices with biometric security controls, such as fingerprint and face recognition.

What if I lose my phone?

A quick contact to the helpdesk and that team can turn on assisted mode or help you register a new device.

What if I don't have a phone?

If you don’t have a phone, then your provider can enable several options that allow people without mobiles to use alternate and legacy log in flows.

Where is my data?

Your credential data stays inside your organisation.  No usernames or passwords leave your organisation.

What about privacy?

By design, Cipherise enforces privacy.  Every relationship for every person and every service for every device is a unique cryptographic equation, making it extremely difficult to track you from application to application.

The Cipherise mobile application only contains our proprietary cryptographic information.  Any application-specific data requirements are encrypted in containers on the device and can only be decrypted by the organisation that owns them.
